  • Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to the nature of surprise/ blind date items.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP(£) and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be completed at time of purchase.

  • We accept card payments.

Delivery

  • We will dispatch your order within 48 hours.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays or fees posed from delivery carriers.

  • Customers must provide correct addresses. We are not liable for items lost due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where legally required. 

Product Use and Responsibility

  • We are not liable for misuse or damage after delivery.

  • Items should be used with responsibility and following any instructions included.

Intellectual Property

  • Except where required by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our products or website.

  • Our liability for faulty or damaged items is limited to repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

Governing Law
