All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidenceWe will review your case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where legally required. 

What we cannot Accept

  • Items returned for personal preference or change of mind

  • Items damaged after delivery 

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by postal services

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.
